On this page, you will find all necessary information in order to delete your account with us.

Information we require to delete your account

In order to delete your account and all information related to it, we require the following:

  • Simple, written intent for account deletion (for example, Please close my account)
  • The email address associated with your CityScroller account, regardless of whether the account was created directly with us or via third-party authentication

We need this information to be sent at account-deletion@cityscroller.com from the same email address that is associated with your account.

In case you no longer have access to the email address associated with your account, we may require more information to prove it's really you. We will inquire about such information by replying to your account deletion request.

Additional information you may include

We will delete your account as per your request without question, but it would help us immensely if you are kind enough to include any of the following:

  • The reason you wish to delete your account with us
  • Your experience using our products, positive or negative
  • Any other feedback that would make you come back to CityScroller or improve the other users' experience with our products
